Scope and interpretation

These general bonus terms and conditions govern all promotions offered by Ffbet. They apply to every bonus, free spin, cashback or promotional gift unless a specific offer document states otherwise. The terms are written to be enforceable where permitted by law. Where a discrepancy exists between these general terms and a promotion specific document, the promotion specific terms prevail.

Definitions

In these terms, the following definitions apply. Promotion means any bonus, free spin, cashback or other reward offered by Ffbet. Bonus means funds allocated to a bonus balance as part of a promotion. Bonus balance refers to funds that can be used to play but are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are met. Cash balance refers to the player’s real money balance. Wagering requirements are the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be converted to cash. Eligible games are those games that contribute toward wagering requirements as specified in each promotion. No Deposit Bonus is a promotion that does not require an initial deposit. Free Spins are spins awarded as part of a promotion. Mixed bet means a bet funded partly from cash balance and partly from bonus balance. Playthrough is the process of meeting wagering requirements.

Eligibility and verification

Participation in any promotion requires that the player is an adult and has a compliant Ffbet account. To claim or withdraw from bonuses you must complete identity verification, provide a full name, residential address, date of birth, and valid contact information. Ffbet may suspend or cancel a promotion if verification is incomplete or if there is any suspicion of fraud or abuse. The English language version of these terms controls any discrepancy between translations.

Promotion eligibility and uniqueness

Promotions are generally limited to one offer per player, per household, per IP address, per payment method and per device. Ffbet reserves the right to suspend or close accounts suspected of duplicate participation. If a duplicate is confirmed, the original deposit will remain, but any bonus and related winnings may be forfeited. Ffbet may modify, suspend or terminate a promotion at any time. Where applicable, minimum deposit amounts apply as stated in the promotion terms.

Activation and claim

Promotions may require opt in. Opting in can be done via the account page, by promotional emails or by contacting customer support. Activation must occur before a qualifying deposit is made unless the terms state otherwise. The minimum qualifying deposit for promotions is 20 USD or the equivalent in the account currency. The time window to claim a promotion is stated in its terms and conditions and, if not specified, shall be 24 hours from offer availability.

Wagering requirements and game contributions

Wagering requirements apply to most promotions and must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn as cash. The standard wagering requirement is 40 times the bonus amount unless the promotion specifies a different rate. Game contributions are as follows unless stated otherwise: Slots 100%, Video poker 20%, Table and Live casino 5%, Other games 0%. If a bet uses both cash and bonus balances, winnings may be credited to the bonus balance until wagering is completed. The maximum bet allowed when a promotion is active is 5 EUR per spin or equivalent in the transaction currency. The use of bonus buy features counts as a spin for wagering purposes.

Bonus balance, cash balance and withdrawals

Deposits are placed in the cash balance while any corresponding bonus amount is placed in the bonus balance. Withdrawals may not be made from the bonus balance until wagering requirements are fulfilled. If a player withdraws funds before meeting wagering requirements, the remaining bonus funds and any winnings from them will be forfeited. When wagering is complete, the bonus balance and any winnings may be withdrawn, subject to any applicable withdrawal limits and verification requirements. Progress toward wagering is visible in the cashier section of the player account.

Specific types of promotions

4.1 Free Spins: Free spins are awarded as part of a promotion or welcome offer. Winnings from free spins may be subject to wagering requirements as stated in the promotion terms. Free spins are valid for seven days unless stated otherwise. Free spins must be used on designated games, and once a game is chosen, spins may not be moved to another game. Activation of free spins must occur within seven days of issue. Free spins are typically limited to the game specified by the promotion and cannot be transferred.

• 4.2 Instant bonuses: Instant promotions may be granted case by case. The maximum win from such bonuses cannot exceed 20 times the released bonus amount unless otherwise stated. Reload bonuses are available only if there are no pending withdrawals.
• 4.3 Welcome offer: The standard welcome offer is a 100% match up to 500 USD plus associated free spins. Unused bonus balances expire after 30 days; free spins must be played within seven days of issue. Alternate welcome offers promoted with consent are possible, and selecting an alternate offer may render you ineligible for the standard welcome offer.
• 4.4 Jackpots: Displayed jackpot amounts are informational. The server determines the actual payout at the moment of win. Progressive jackpots may require additional processing time for large winnings.

Restrictions and limitations

The following apply unless stated otherwise in the promotions terms: no withdrawal on the no deposit bonus beyond a cap (for example 100 USD or its equivalent); certain jurisdictions may be excluded from promotions; players may be limited to recreational play; maximum wager while a bonus is unsettled is 5 EUR per spin; when a promotion ends, all bonus funds and winnings associated with that promotion may be forfeited. Promotions cannot be used to exploit software bugs or to gain guaranteed profits. Winnings from bets funded by a bonus and real balance are allocated proportionally to the respective balances upon settlement.

Abuse prevention and enforcement

Ffbet monitors activity for signs of bonus abuse such as multi accounting, collusion, use of VPNs, delaying game rounds, or exploiting bugs. If abuse is detected, Ffbet may seize the bonus and any associated winnings, suspend or terminate the account and take additional measures as permitted by law. A decision taken by Ffbet management is final.

Changes to terms and governing law

Ffbet reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate any promotion or these general terms at any time. Changes may be enacted to comply with legal, regulatory or licensing requirements. In the event of inconsistency, the current English version prevails. Any disputes will be resolved under the governing law applicable to the operator license under which Ffbet operates.

Dispute resolution and customer support
